  • Free 15-Minute Consultation: We’ll talk through what’s on your mind and see if working together feels safe.

  • First Sessions: We’ll get oriented, understanding history, priorities, and where to begin.

  • Ongoing Sessions: You’ll gradually build insight, practice new tools, and shift relational dynamics (inward and outward).

  • Growth & Reflection: Healing isn’t linear, we’ll adapt and fine-tune, always with curiosity, not judgment.

Whether you’re facing ADHD, trauma, addiction, or general mental health struggles, this is your space. You can move at your pace, name what matters most to you, and begin clarifying the life you want, not just the one you’re trying to change.
